North Carolina bis Virginia auf dem Blue Ridge Parkway. Ca. 600 Km von den "Smoky Mountains" zu den "Appalachen" auf 1000m bis 1500m mit Sicht links und rechts auf die umliegenden "Berge". Die Strasse führt durch "Little Switzerland" (!!) nach Linville Falls und schliesslich zum "Blue Ridge Music Center" bei Floyd, wo wir den Parkway nach ca. 300 km verlassen.
De la Caroline du Nord à la Virginie, nous avons suivi la "Blue Ridge Parkway", route touristique qui des "Smoky Mountains" aux "Appalaches", longe la crête de la "montagne" sur plus de 600km toujours entre 1000m et 1500m avec vue à droite et à gauche sur les vallées adjacentes. La route conduit à travers "Little Switzerland", que nous ne voulions pas manquer, vers Linville Falls et finallement au "Blue Ridge Music Center" près de Floyd, où nous quittons cet axe après env. 300km.
From North Carolina to Virginia along the "Blue Ridge Parkway". More than 350 miles from the "Smoky Mountains" to the "Appalachians". Always at about 3000ft we drove along the summit with views on both sides towards the other valleys. Through "Little Switzerland" to Linville Falls and at last to the "Blue Ridge Music Center" near Floyd where we decided to left the Parkway after 200miles.
